Chapchae sounds very siimilar to Hokkien dialect which mean mixed vegetables. It's a common dish amongst the Minnan people. I don't know if it's coincident.

You just drain the water from the spinach but never squeezed them. You wasted the nutrients of the spinach which is so important.

⚠ When she says at 2:57 that you can add 'any soy sauce' it does not mean dark soy sauce. That's the only one I found where I live. Rookie mistake. Still sick after 14 hours 🤒
