20% calories from protein is clearly not enough FOR ME. Others might be different and that is awesome. But from my own experience, as someone who has a hard time putting on and keeping muscle, anything less than 35% when cutting results in significant muscle loss.

I can see a bit more inflammation / water retention in your body … Increase raw vs cooked (pro inflammatory) and eat mostly fiber in the evenings, maybe ?!

I've recently started on a whole food fruit/veg food diet. I am very concerned with this processed supplements you are consuming. Why? Can't we get these from natural sources? If you are wondering I searched for how to eat naturally without processed foods, yet this video contains lots of processed things.

The evidence for Turmeric / Curcumin having positive health effects is really weak. To quote wikipedia, which has many citations in the related article:
"Turmeric and curcumin have been studied in numerous clinical trials for various human diseases and conditions, with no high-quality evidence of any anti-disease effect or health benefit."
