I really need it 😭
Use sesame oil or sunflower oil for better taste and health.
Excellent Job! thanks for sharing.
No salt or savoury flavours on the unripen jackfruit or rice, only spices?? I can imagine it’ll taste sour and spicy…
This does look good. Who does not like Biriani?
Ultimate. Awesome.
Nice, cuts to the quick, the foods the main star, no egocentric presenters like on other sites!
Honestly pal, only a person who can't cook or doesnt know the real taste of Bryani will believe this, THIS IS NOT BRYANI, On my island we call it Kalia, does everything separately and mix it all with the rice and look like bryani. A good Bryani is totally different, a whole night marinated and the next day cook over 1 1/2 hour. But this crap you just made and mix together isnt Bryani. When you don't know just don't teach. I hate when people can't do something and they pretend that they do.
Nice try but this is not how Briyani is made traditionally. Instead of oil, we use ghee. Rice to be 80% cooked and not fully. Lastly, eat Briyani with Raita and not chutney. We Indians eat Briyani a lot.
There's so much oil on that pan, that the US is considering to invade it.

The amount of oil use is overwhelming. 🙈
Bish bash bosh reminds me of
Bob lob law 😉

I don’t know what biryani is but I want to make/eat it!

I will try it, it looks yummy but to always use so much oil! 🙁
The loud outro still scares me every time
