OR just eat lots of fat and very little carbs, doing that allowed me to lose over 80 pounds without even trying.
No gym routine, no counting anything except keeping carbs low (ideally under 20).
Just eat foods like beef, butter, bacon, and eggs, as much as you want.
You'll start fasting just because you're simply so satiated you just don't need to eat as much.
