Lost all credibility when the “dr” doesn’t know what fasting is. Either you are fasting or not. If you eat, you are not fasting. Vegans don’t like fasting because their blood sugar needs make fasting miserable. On the other hand, when one goes keto and is a fat burner, a 5 day fast or longer if necessary is a piece of cake.

My name is Asan and I am 46 years old, I live in Kyrgyzstan. In June of this year, I was admitted to the hospital in a serious condition, I was diagnosed with delilitative cardiomyopathy. They prescribed treatment. So for some time I managed to improve my performance, nutrition, since I'm a vegan for 8 years, gymnastics breathing exercises. I have fasted a couple of times. I try to eat a lot of greens, I even taste unfamiliar greens from the garden, if not bitter, then I eat. Today I made a repeated echocardiogram, the results are very good, there is a great hope for improvement in the condition.I will be happy to share with the results of the echo cardiogram of my heart. Big difference. I am sure that plant-based nutrition gives positive results.
So many people are battling food addictions. Once you get rid of the salt, sugar and oils, the cravings should calm. Nuts and nut butters are also addictive. It really about being honest with yourself.

fasting is real. the long once aren't meant to do all the time. the plant based diet is Gods way of eating. its in the bible, and so is fasting.

How do you help the other end of the scale , going the other way , more food for every body else, u know I'm an exercise nut , track , long distance running, bike rides galore , guss what I actuadently did , oops, got myself an ugly tired, hurt legs but they feel a little better cause I been not riding, but it's my stress relief & I smoke stuff instead , child hood drama has a hand in that , & what's the point of not eating animals just to eat things that taste like animals , but r not ? I didn't know til I got grown & married how to eat right , in 05 I quit & became vegetarian, but I don't be hungry very much & am loosing more weight , ? What to do ?
Fasting (IF) and TRE…… are tremendous. 5 & 2 fasting is BS. You need to eat only in a 4 hour period EVERYDAY. With a 3 day water only fast once a month. You still need to eat smart: no dairy, alcohol, veg oils, caffeine, processed foods, simple sugars, fried anything. Then, you can eat whatever you want. I eat grass finished prime beef, wild caught fish, pastured raised organic eggs. With lots of greens and fruits/vegetables (organic.) I’m 72, no meds, no conditions. Enjoy your life.

I have Sickle Cell Anemia ( SS type) and I really would like to learn the best way to fast for my health but most of all because of spiritual reasons. I have been asking for a nutritionist for years but I was never sent to one by my doctor's. Is there any advice besides not to fast that any of the doctors from your channel can give?
