    I love that chocolate sauce recipe – I’ll have to try it sometime. Sometimes I’ll do a butter pecan nice cream by topping it with date sauce (just dates and water) and pecans.

    This is just what I needed for some inspiration. Thank you Hannah! I went vegan about 7 years ago, and whole food shortly after that. After dealing with some recent stresses in my life I’ve been sooo uninspired with food. I have a 6 year old daughter and a son who is 3 years old next month. They are vegan too. Lately I’ve been buying a lot of packaged foods and canned soups, things like Amy’s soup which is healthier than most but very pricey.

    I just went grocery shopping today and I’m going to make your burrito bowl for lunch tomorrow but turn it into a wrap with some homemade red lentil wraps. I’m going to make the ramen too for dinner. I buy the same ramen but in a giant bag from Costco (I’m in Canada). I often make a ramen soup with it, sautéing carrots, green cabbage, or bok Chou in some water. I then add miso paste, garlic and onion powder, soy sauce, dried parsley and seaweed. And water! It’s a delicious broth. Cook the ramen separately and drain and rinse with cold water immediately to prevent over cooking and than add to your bowl and pour some broth/veggies on top.

    Excited to try your new recipes tomorrow I really need a change. And these are easy and so nutritious. Thanks again 🥰🤗

    I have tried a lot of vegan and vegetarian foods. None of them have ever tasted good to me and none of them ever satisfied me… that's the truth! And no vegan/vegetarian/plant based person has ever had an answer for that 🤷 It's just not for everyone, and that's OK. If it is, congratulations 🎊
