in this january after affected with omicron i was rest in 6 weeks , then in march 2022 hypertesion was found in me, no diabetic, previously i am doing regularly yoga, now which exercises are best suitable for hypertension n diet chart also plz let me know Sir, now i am doing morning 40 min walk/aerobics at home n evening 40 min walk at home terrace plus warmup n cooldown 15 min is it enough or to do more like brisk walk is must n diet also plz give suggestions thanks in advance Dr Mam

Morning – Ragi java+ sprouts+egg white / or fruits
Lunch – Meals with brown rice n vegetables
Dinner – fruits only or / two roti cup rice + veggies

1. is it good n enough for normal healthy person or any nutrientient deficincy vastunda ? or shall we add any items
2.If a person who has hypertension, non diabetic – this method is good n suitable
Is this good applicable for long term or only short term for healthy diet ( not for weight loss)
