What does that “ladies tea party” mean?
Merhaba. I just made these and next time I will use more olive oil as they were a little dry. I visited turkey about 10 years ago and loved they had vegetarian entrees as well as meat. Hopefully one day I can go back and visit Western Turkey as Seljuk was lovely as was Istanbul, though very crowded. Teşekkür ederim.
What spices did u add after salt?
Do you fry them or put them in the oven please let us know
I love your Chanel I love Turkish food thank you
Hi, in India (South Indian specialty) we have same version of this called DAL VADA (dal= lentils and vada= fritters) instead cooking lentils we soak it for hour then corse grind it (add same spices except tomato onionsauce) then make kofta the same way or round shape and deep fry until it turns out nice golden. We serve it with coconut/ mint chutney (type of indian dip).
There is a similarity among our culinary culture 😊
What is a good substitute for bulgur if you don’t have any? Also, can you bake this to make a “meatball” dish?
We make kebab…(Shami tikki) and every house have their own recipe to make it…. Pakistan
You have the most beautiful plates/platters and serving bowls. I just love them🌟👌🇿🇦

Looks wonderful, I will try this and check in with you how I liked it.
Thank you so much for the recipe, It's delicious!!!
Can I use semolina flour instead of the wheat flour..
Here in India we say kofte too😅
1:11 İnce taneli anlamında thin değil de fine kullanılıyor abla.
Vow, so simple to make and I am sure tastes great.
I can't eat wheat, so I am thinking of adding some chickpea flour instead of bulgur. It will dry the mixture the sale way.
I like, I like. Simple and easy, thanks.
Thank you so much for sharing this vegan dish! ❤️❤️❤️
I thought you are going to fry them…
Hi these look fantastic. Just wondering if the finished koftas could be deep or pan fried and served warm ?
