Rose Lee of Cheap Lazy Vegan proves vegan chocolate-peanut butter donut holes don’t have to be difficult with her 15-minute recipe in this episode of Pop Kitchen!
Not only is this recipe dairy free and vegan, but it’s made in the air fryer, which produces perfectly crispy donut holes—minus the grease and mess.

All you need is a few pantry ingredients (like all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and salt), plus cold vegan butter, non-dairy milk, peanut butter and apple sauce. And if you want that pretty powdered donut effect at the end—because, who doesn’t?—you’ll need powdered sugar too, although this is optional.
Now watch as Lee creates the craftiest Christmas tree made out of vegan, dairy-free, chocolate-peanut butter donut holes in 15 minutes. Impressed would be an understatement.
