Your recipes and videos are amazing😊! Thanks so much for sharing them. Because I’m allergic to almonds, I can’t have almond flour. What would best replace it?

I bought the Madeleine Cookie Mold and it came today! I'm eager to now try this recipe which I know I'll love because I love all your other cookie recipes. 🙏🏼 Do you think the cookie mold would work with your Gingersnap Molasses Cookies too?

Just found your channel and bought Eat to Live based on your recommendation. I have to say I find it disturbing that he says the opposite of what Dr. McDougall says in his book. I don't plan on giving up my white rice and potatoes anytime soon. At any rate, love your recipes!

So when you’re measuring the ingredients do you measure the flour before or after blending? In other words, 1/2 cup of coconut flakes blended into flour or coconut flour blended up and 1/2 cup of that? I ask bc I’m fairly sure the size will reduce after blending so maybe 3/4 cup before blending

First I want to say I watch your videos for stress reduction—your voice and music at both very soothing! Thanks, Jill! Could you use a mini-muffin pan instead? I’m sort of a minimalist with kitchen tools.

tasted the batter O my goodness!! These are so good! First round in the oven baking now. … I did not have enough Lemon Juice, so I replaced the lemon juice with some Frozen Mango. I blended this with the blender ingredients and it appears to be working wonderfully!

I'm not a cookie person AT ALL. But I'm a sucker for anything lemon and I'm also a fan of the little crunch of chia seeds (plus the omega fats!). I never have a sweet little something to offer people when they pop in or give to neighbours as a "thank you" when they do something kind for me. By Jove! I think this could fit the bill, silicone madeline pans are ordered (via ebay actually – I try not to use Amazon because of their anti worker employment practices) and I will post the results on the website. Thanks Jill 😊
