I found this video and channel when trying to figure out what to do with soy curls. I just made this for supper tonight and it was delicious! I didn't have dark soy sauce and I did double the sauce recipe because we like things extra saucy. I will definitely make this again and I subscribed!

Has anyone tried air fryer?
I enjoy your channel. I like this recipe but for people who dont/cant eat garlic and onion family, I like to substitute it with ginger, cabbage, celery. Garlic cant be eaten by pilots a few days before they fly aircrafts because it kills brain cells and causes slow reaction time. For meditators like myself, it does havoc on my emotional well being. Also people with heart disease and gastrointestinal problems. I only mentioned it because you said you love garlic. π

Homies, always freeze your ginger. The flavour holds up basically perfectly, and you can get those huge bags of ginger for cheap then you're good to go for months-a year depending on how much you use ginger π
