    Hello Katie, I enjoyed watching your video and to see how you’re doing as an RVer; been there, good experience. Loved the train going by, quaint, we used to live by a train track. I like simple as simple can be especially in my kitchen since we can’t find some items in stores where we live in Mexico.     Just found you. So excited to try the recipes. I’m just starting… I’ve just read the starch solution so I have a question. I didn’t see you eating a green or soup or fruit before your meals and I didn’t see a tone of potatoes. I’m curious why? And also do you feel you still loose weight with them? I have a lot to loose so any advice would help so much!! Once again thanks for the video it was so helpful 😀

    Dont have white rice but have brown rice if you want to feel better on this diet. Also avoid cacao due to caffeine in them.

    Katie hello! Avid follower from Belgium, I love love love your podcast. I was wondering how big your bowl/plate is and how much rice/potatoes/pasta you eat a day? And bread? Since my 3rd and last pregnancy I have lost 20 kg but the last 2-3 months I have hit a plateau and I cannot lose any weight any more. My plan is losing the last 5 kg, dropping to 57 kg, then I will be ready. I wonder maybe I am eating way too much carbs (I am really a carb lover). So I thought I could ask you…
