    To avoid exploding eggs in the microwave, cook in less time, multiple times. For example, for 2 beaten eggs, cook for 1 minute, twice. Also for poached eggs, put a small amount of water in with the eggs.

    How do you make the yogurt, please?
    I wanted to get one of those yorgurt makers but not use their sachets.. just use regular (vegan friendly) yogurt sachets. I wonder if that would work?

    Love your food videos. You're so genuine. I love my food, but remember when I didn't so much, so it's important to remember that tastes change, and eventually, I will come to appreciate my new phase. There are things I used to eat that I think are garbage now, so yeah… Things change. Does Nick have a secret to his yogurt making? I have had success and failure trying to get good soy yogurt.
