With regards to the caloric deficit thing, you're of course right that it doesnt matter what you eat provided your calories in are less than your calories out. I do think eating healthily on a cut is important though. When you place a limit on the amount of food you eat, you have to be careful to make sure you still get adequate nutrition within the calorie limit. Otherwise I could blow my whole calorie budget on a pack of donuts and get zero nutrition. When i'm cutting, i look for 3 things in food. High satiation, low calories, dense nutrition. I'm sure this is all stuff you know, but I wouldn't want someone to misinterpret your advice. Not having a dig, just offering my 2 cents! Love you (as much as I can love someone i've never met!) and your content ๐

What an amazing day of eating! Baking tofu and veggies are one of my favorite meals to make. LOL, and you cannot go wrong with carpool karaoke! ๐ The pumpkin mac n' cheese and crunch wrap look stellar too! Now I might have to make both of them!
Anyways, I'm really glad that your recipes are super creative! People who go on a cut think that their meals have to be really boring and simple, which isn't true! You can have your favorite kinds of meals, just healthified! Besides, healthy ice cream, healthy pancakes, and healthy pizza sound way better than salads and steamed veggies and tofu!

A huge salad just for volume will not keep you satiated for long! It is nearly all water. The key is to add healthy fats from nuts seeds avocados Etc as well as a tiny amount of oil from cooking such as 2 teaspoons instead of 2 tablespoons. Don't purchase light anything either because it will not last with you and you will want to eat more sooner. You don't need to count everything either as long as you were eating a healthy and balanced vegan diet. I don't recommend cheap lazy vegan. I can recommend the Viet vegan veganlovlie the vegan corner. Usually it is people who are building muscle at the gym who use cronometer. This is not really about diet I eat the same types of food and I'm not on a diet. If someone comes to vegan to lose weight that is not correct reason to be here.
