    Hey Sarah! Just sharing something here: when I started being vegan, 6 years ago, I remember one of your videos showing up (it was something with noodles). You had few subs at the time and watching your videos helped me a lot in the beginning! For some reason down the way, even being subscribed, your videos stopped showing up (idk why). Now you showed up again! What a pleasant surprise! Good to see you are well 🙂

    My favourite sausage cooking method is in a chargrill cast iron pan. The fat can drain away and the slats add a great caramelisation ❤️✨

    Have you tried cutting the sausages in half and frying them kinda butterflied? I haven’t tried beyond “meat” but I bet that would be good

    We love cooking Beyond Sausages on the George Foreman grill! I roll them on their sides after a few minutes so that they’re a little crispy all over.

    Thank you very much for the smoked carrot recipe ! I've tried the salt crust baking method for these and it was very time/energy consuming, i felt bad wasting so much salt and the result was very mushy/disappointing. I'll have a try at your version ❤
