"My body was craving it. I honour that"! = Great justification, I hear that.
I love ur videos :3
😍😍😍
Yay she's sponsored by AG1! Dang it I bought it already after the last video
love love love your WIEIAW vids with grocery hauls! seeing what you buy and then you theorycrafting what to make is so satisfying and inspiring
Love your personality, so much fun 😊
Love your videos and your vibe 😀 but why are you constantly wearing heavy sweaters and jackets and beanies in your home? Is it that cold inside? I know it's Canada but still… 😅 lots of love from Germany
You mentioned the rice noodle bowl and I thought “that sounds so good” and was about to text my boyfriend to pick up the ingredients from the grocery when I realized I HAD THEM ALL HERE ALREADY!!! I think being creative is where I need to get better where budgeting is concerned and using the stuff I already have!
Yummy rice
14:30
Yummy beans and peanut sauce
19:30 -> Bean sauce in 14:14
Well done you add the recipe to join KHAL Page I think this recipe will be a big hit there 😍😍

hey julia 🙂 do you usually have a plan what dishes you'll make in a week (so you'll have all the ingredients) or do you just improvise?
Whenever I make rice paper wraps they stick to my plate or each other and then fall apart when I bite them. I get an F.
thaaank yuu 😍😍😍😍😍
Pasta ASMR 😍😂
You just give me so much Inspiration
Love your videos!!! Mmmmmm, going to make the pasta for dinner tonight! Oh, just a little info, but try not to "heat" anything made of "plastic" in your microwave (I noticed you put what looked like a small plastic container for reheating) because many plastics contain harmful chemicals/carcinogens, such as Bisphenol A (BPA) and phthalates). Instead, transfer to microwave-safe glass or ceramic container(s). Some plastics indicate "microwave safe", however, I myself never microwave any plastics whatsoever. Cheers!!
my word for this year: freedom
Freedom to grow and explore and to let go of other people‘s opinion
For people getting free content on the internet consistently, y’all sure are picky are about she shares down to what sponsors should be in what video… Let Julia live how she wants to live and leave peacefully if it doesn’t serve you ✨☀️🧡🔆
Peanut butter in curries is a game changer!!!
just so you know, the sauce that u made with the tofu wasn’t gluten free because it had soy sauce in it!
My word for this year is trust! Trusting myself and the timing of my life
You should really start making your own peanutbutter. It`s the easiet thing in the world to make and will by no doubt be much cheaper than storebouth 🙂
My word for this year is generosity ❤
What's with all the clothes and hat while cooking,? No heat? Just wondering Julia
I always love the budget friendly videos! Cooking the beans in the peanut sauce is brilliant, I'll definitely try that one!
I do have to say though that I have to agree with you that partnering with athletic greens for this video is not the best choice. I don't understand why you use that in the first place since you get plenty of greens in your diet and don't think you really need it, but ofc it's up to you to use and great if it makes you feel great. Just want to put out there that for most people the investment is probably not worth it. Just eat veggies and you get all the nutrients that green's powders give you for a way lower price and with the added bonus of actually getting full from it. If you can afford it and struggle getting enough veggies in your diet, go for it, but I don't really think it's worth it for 90% of people, esp vegans. No offence to you Julia, just putting my doubts about the usefulness of the product here esp in context of a budget friendly video.
my word for last year was integrity and my word for this year is identity 🙂
but integrity is definitely still a biiiiig topic for me.
For a sec there I thought your friends house kinda looked like your old old apartment 😅
I'm just curious is that a new bf i see
❤❤❤
On a calorie for calorie standpoint (which is very very important when it comes to budgeting) cashews could be cheaper than tofu wich is often only about 360 calories for a 400g block wich is the same as about 65g cashews
Just curious if you Like having a microwave now since you used to not have one 😂 love you Julia
Love Spring Rolls. Those looked so good. The pasta and rice looked yummy.
❤
this years word : relax
My word/theme for this year is wellness. Wellness with my mind body and soul and everything that comes with that. Working on better eating habits, movement and a more positive mindset. Thanks for another great video!🫶🏻
Hope no one feels offended by this, buuuut been wanting to comment this for a while now. To anyone who is interested in buying AG Greens I would recommend watching Abbey Sharps Video about Greens powders, roughly broken down the facts are, it’s not a replacement for veggies and fruits since it has no fiber and all these fancy extra add ins like mushroom, roots or whatever have no official, reliable studies proofing their effects and we don‘t know in which amount they are in there, so likely they have no effect. If you like the taste and the placebo-effect makes you feel better, great, but for someone like Julia who eats soooo many different fruits and veg it’s not necessary at all. Spending your money (a whole lot since it’s VERY expensive) on fresh fruit and veg is definitely superior🌱 I personally could never bring myself to spend so much on just a powder and I just can’t afford it🥴 If you read this, thanks and have a great day🫶✨
Love ur videos
I have a question.. why are u vegan
Hey julia
Did you put the tofu in raw in your spring rolls 🤔
How were you able to make friends after moving. I’ll be making a big move soon and have no idea how to start.
Yess! I thought I was the only one who picked a word for the year! My word for the year is consistent.
💕💕😘🇦🇷
Hey Julia I recently started using onions in my cooking. I bought an onion chopper for 20 bucks and its really helped me with my eyes as well. Its called Pro cuber and Fry cutter from the brand Starfrit.
What a wonderful video of beautiful looking food. Way to work it girl! Thank you for sharing.
I LOVE when I catch a video as I'm writing out a grocery list !!!!! It always gets me to try at least 1 (or more) breakfast-lunch-dinner ideas 💡 🤔
Thanks doll 😘
✌️ ❤️ 😊
