Thanks Boss, i have Tried may be 7 times to become vegetarian or vegan and this time was longest for me i have reached 1 month, but what i find yes i gain bit more energy but i lost muscle and gain body fat and my body became softer, so i will go back to eating meat sadly.
my reason to be only vegetarian was ethical reason only, but after many years of train with out meat its like wasting my time training..
i usually ate about 400 gram chicken fleet or little more daily but not red meat so sadly i go back to it and blind eye on ethical reason when to comes to eating meat.
This is such a bad study, it's not sufficient to say vegan vs. carnivore diet.. what were the vegans eating, only wheat?? I'm not surprised they gained weight lol. There are so many better sources of protein than wheat, like hemp seeds for example have 31g of protein vs 10g per 100g in wheat. I think you need to do your homework..
I supplement essential aminos with EVERY meal as a vegan. I've had the best progress outside of those noobie gains when starting. I've also leaned out significantly as a vegan. It's harder for me to gain fat but just as easy to make gains.
So how much grams of meat should I per day? And what type of meat?
