Breakfast- chocolate protein shake. I’m not a big fan of protein powders, but @earthchimp sent me this bag of clean powder and I wanted to try it. It’s delicious. I added a side of broccoli and cheese sauce because I was feeling some savory and it was getting close to lunch time anyway.
Lunch – Black beans, rice and taco sauce couples with string beans and some tahini on top.
Dinner – zucchini, onion and peppers sautéed in low sodium soy sauce. I added a little hummus to make it creamy and then added the veggies to a baked potato. I added more hummus and sriracha.

I can’t seem to find all your days. latest day I see is day 10. Finding it very hard to follow or at least hard to find the videos. Maybe I just don’t know how to do it. lol any feedback would be appreciated.
