Love this recipe! So simple! I tried it with chocolate chips and it was perfect! I added chocolate chips along with grated carrot and walnuts ( reduced grated carrot to 1/2 cup and used 1/4 cup large chocolate chips). I have never eaten a tastier homemade cake. It's not too oily too – feels healthy
