All the tips are so true!!! I've been doing the adding thing since you commented about It on a previous video and It works wonders to eat healthier. Unhealthy food It's just not satisfying cuz of the empty calories so you wanna eat as much as you can, but when you mix It with something healthy like salad you feel full and can have something you are craving at the same time. It seems something so simple but I just never tried before cuz I thought that adding would only add more calories but It's the opposite, It makes you wanna eat less from the unhealthy food cuz you are truly satisfied.
Anyway, congrats on this new project Rose! People think that weight loss is only about the aesthetics and It's viewed as a bad thing nowadays (weird times oh god), but the whole point is to become healthier to better enjoy life and that will always be a positive thing! I will shut up now lol All the love 💚

Every single one of your tips is solid advice 💯 this is exactly how I am losing weight right now (after years of yoyo dieting): Slowly and without misery or hunger, enjoying exercise and eating everything I want while counting calories. I don't even see it as a diet anymore because that's how I want to keep eating for the rest of my life. Knowing how to lose weight healthily is actually so valuable!

My salads are beyond ginormous, I wish I could send you pics ! I honestly do love salads ! I add chickpeas , but a ton of different leafy greens, tomatoes , green onions, mushrooms. Lemon, lime . & Orange juice, ( fresh) a shit ton of spices , more spices , an oversized teaspoon of vegan dressing, teaspoon of low sodium soy , & done . Yes , I know I said “ton” too much .
I liked spin but I hated the seats , they were so beyond uncomfortable! I tried to keep going , they said I’d get used to it , but … NO!
