Those ARE NOT your best options for carbs, they are filled with anti nutrients. Plants do not want you to eat their “bodies”, they want you to eat their seed containing fruit. They put defense chemicals in the other parts of their bodies to discourage omnivores. He didn’t even mention apples, bananas, and sweet potatoes(far fewer lectins than white potatoes and way more potassium and vitamin c than a banana or orange and great in stews)

At what times do you eat though? Im sure its a dumb question and please excuse my ignorance. Im used to only eating 3 times a day and snacks in the evening. I know right, haha. Im starting a "new" life today. This looks like 2 dinner meals? I generally eat breakfast at 0700 in the morning, lunch at 10:30 and dinner at 3 in the afternoon. I guess the next meal would be at 8 in the evening. I have NO idea what those times are in your US based system AM/PM and what not.
