Gaining mass and muscle on any diet can be hard. On a vegan diet specifically, there are things you need to be aware of.

I watch these videos like I donโt know this stuff but in reality I just gotta make sure Iโm sticking to the calorie intake lol 3:45
I've been vegan for 4 years and I've started taking bodybuilding seriously and everywhere I look people tell me that I won't build muscle on a vegan diet. This gave me hope.
Very concise and to the point ๐
I'm sticking with carnivore. Seems to be working better than when I was vegetarian.
Hope you're still making videos. I just subscribed. Had a similar path to the one you talk about here. Did carnivore and keto myself for a while. Even bought into all the junk about it being healthy. Luckily I didn't do it too long. Went vegan 3-4 months ago but was transitioning into vegan for a few months as well before that. I feel really good eating this way and I'm noticing I have more endurance and I seem to be getting stronger and building muscle better on this diet. Think my body is just working better cause I'm not getting as much protein as I was when I was keto or carnivore. I would push for more of I wasn't an over the road truck driver. Don't always have access to higher protein options. Going to get some plant based protein though to make up for that a bit.
Btw how tall are you?
AMAZING VIDEO my brotha! I highly suggest you look up "dr sebi" on the internet and learn about the alkaline vegan lifestyle. This diet has changed my life and gives me crazy crazy energy. I was "vegan" for 1 year and half, and then transitioned to the alkaline diet. One love and excited to hopefully put you on to a new wave of information that will blow your mind!
Subscribed love the content
Hey man. I'm struggling as a vegan
Thanks mate good info! Gotta make these vegan gains!
Hey Jake how are you? I really appreciate your content a lot, I'm a slim guy myself and I'm half pescatarian, I eat turkey still. I was wondering what would be the best protein powder brand for me. I've seen that you use "The Protein Works" brand, I been using "Orgain Organic Protein Vanilla." I want to gain mass and get bigger muscles. What would be best for me to use "The Protein Works" brand or Organ Organic Protein"?
This was encouraging, bro. I needed this to help me out with gaining some weight eating plant-based.

Thanks great tips๐ช๐ฝ๐ช๐ฝ

Liquid calories are priceless for me! I'm a vegan "hardgainer" and there's no way I have the appetite for all the calories I need to gain weight without liquid calories like green juices and high calorie condiments.
Also, maca root supplements have helped me to increase my appetite! I highly recommend.
needed this video thanks!! :=)
You helped me to get my problem solved
New subscriber here. I have always been unusually thin. I managed to gain enough healthy weight (after turning vegan) to reach the recommended BMI by drinking a lot of fruit smoothies with nuts and seeds blended in. I also added peanut butter powder from time to time. If you want a more natural version of protein powder, I recommend peanut butter powder. I also eat a lot of nuts, seeds, and fruit separately.
I dropped back down, and am working toward regaining that BMI. I am in my mid 60's and do strength training in favor of cardio. I tried hemp powder and pea protein powder, but they didn't agree with my system. Is that common? Temporary? Recommended?
BTW resistance training led to muscle gains for me instead of gaining fat. It also helps build appetite.
Very understandable ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ Thank you!
Did you eat soy? Iโm trying it out in order to up my protein intake, otherwise itโs not as high
Great video!
I highly recommend the Agoge Diet to anyone looking to build muscle fast. I've had great success with it.

Great video quality and content man, well done.
Nice tips, i'll be following these for sure.
I want to to try to go vegan but I need 160g protein and 300g carbs to bulk cleanly. Doing vegan I find it very hard to hit those because by the time I hit 160g, I am already at 400g carbs at least since vegan foods are not as protein packed like the goos old chicken breast, or unless I am missing something. Any tips for me?
finally someone talking about this! tnx bro i have this problem too
