Thanks for a great video – I was getting bored with having the same things all the time and this will help so much – especially the dressing ideas! Question – what are your thoughts on oils and fats? Dr Barnard (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine – PCRM on YouTube) advises to limit oils (due to saturated fat) and to not go crazy on fats either. I used to ensure I had healthy fats each day but now I’m a little reluctant to use them after hearing Dr Barnard’s advice. Im keen to hear your thoughts. 😊

Now I gotta try harissa paste! Have u ever roasted veggies with smoked paprika? I’m currently obsessed thats how I roast potatoes with just smoked paprika, salt and onion powder. Also I’m experimenting with no oil so I don’t even add oil to the potatoes the spices stick with just the moisture of the potatoes themselves its pretty cool!

I'm not a huge fan of oatmeal but yours look so good. I've never tried blended oatmeal and want to try that soon to see if I enjoy it more than other ways. thanks for all those hummus dressing recipes.
I just made the harissa bowl, soooo delicious. I used a sweet potato because I was out of gold but it was still great! The hummus sauce is 👌🏻.
