    I went to a Franco Columbu seminar in the late 80s. He told a story of him and Arnold experimenting with weed and training. They smoked a bunch in Arnold's VW bug in the Golds Gym parking lot. Arnold was too baked and bailed on training that day. Franco went in to train delts. He said he picked up the 80lbs DBs and cranked out a set. He thought this was great, he felt so strong. On his next set, he couldn't get the 80s off the rack. He tried the 70s. Same thing. He kept going down every set of DBs until he got to the 20s. Did a set of a few reps, like about 3or4 then abandoned it and the whole workout that day. And so that ended his experiment with weed as a PED. It was a great story and great seminar.

    I love when you guys talk about the cold plunge! It's the most harious Southern California thing I've heard in years! The fact that you are setting up anything related to cold in your Utah house, hilarious. If I rent that house in January, your intro should just say "walk outside for 90 seconds at 630 am". The first video I watched with you guys talking about this, it was -17 outside. I'm sure there are tons of benefits, it's just hilarious that people who live in warm climates are marketing it.

    I used to take Ativan and Lexapro for anxiety. I never considered myself a heavy drinker, but once I cut out alcohol for good my anxiety disappeared – just sayin. Very happy to be med free!

    I’m on phase 1 anabolic and I’ve found the pull ups and bb bench press to be very difficult if I can’t preform these movements should I re do the prehase ?

    Thanks to your awesome content I’ve bumped my maintenance calories to 3200-3400 at 190 pounds (just under 5’10”)! I am very active but being able to eat this much and the energy from it is life changing!!! ❤💪🏋️

    i watch every one, but this was just such a fun episode to listen to while getting ready this morning. Never stop doing what you do. I’ve got 8 years of higher education including a law degree and I work in tech industry on the research/data Ops side, and sometimes I think y’all don’t even know how much you nail certain topics- it seriously shows the experience in that room as well as the fact that you have clearly done your homework, have God given talents in communication and understanding, and learned from as many people as you can. Btw Sal would legit make a great lawyer (but, you know, never do that)
