    Another great & easy dish which tastes sooo good! I like that the videos are short & easy to follow and that all ingredients and steps are listed in the text as well.

    If you peel the tough outer layer of the asparagus bases, the inside is perfectly tender and crisp. It can be eaten raw. I eat all my asparagus raw these days because it tastes so much better that way.

    I've made this outstanding, delicious dish twice. Both times with broccoli instead of asparagus. Other than that I followed the recipe to the letter, including your 'smokin' Chili Oil Thank you for the wonderful videos and recipes. Vegan Udon Noodles Lo Mein is a winner!
