    LOVE the cinnamon berry combo!! 🥣 Super quick question about collagen- would you recommend it to anyone or is it more based on personal needs? I take daily multivitamins already- would I need to be worried about too much of particular nutrients if I took both daily? Also would you recommend powder over capsules or vice versa? 🙂
