Oh my gosh, you are so, so lucky you can eat 2100 calories a day. I am 5’3”, 70 years old, I do try to exercise, though I don’t do as much of it as you do, and can only eat about 1200 calories a day or I gain weight. I am definitely not anorexic, I weigh 150lbs, and would really like to lose about 30 lbs!
As a result of watching a video where you briefly mentioned this I've gradually been reducing my fasting window (which took a while to build !) & breakfasting earlier &my morning energy is returning & I'm easing into exercise again. IF slowly changed me on so many levels, not on a good way & I didn't even notice. 😥Thank you so much for this sensible advice!😍😊
I’ve always had breakfast! Now, I love mono fruit as my first meal 😋 …ok, so there is another raw vegan who swears that we should always be intermittent fasting and he’s down to 4 hours a day!!! 3-7 pm he says and claims to be advanced. What I’ve noticed is, that in the last couple three years he has become more grouchy in his videos!! I wonder if I’m the only one who notices?? (I call that “low blood sugar tanking”) I totally agree with you—how can anyone, especially a man, get adequate calories in a very short duration?? I’m thinking lots of nuts and avocado or something… I also agree with you that I have more energy when I have a little something in my stomach before a workout 😁👍🏻👍🏻🏃🏻♀️Thanks for sharing, Lissa ♥️

I agree. I love the energy I get from fruit and hydration from fruit is so much easier for me than drinking water.
