    I am so glad that this lifestyle allows fruit. In past years on the SAD way of eating, I was on many diets and most of them said to either NOT eat fruit or very little because of the sugar content. I love fruit and think they are nature's perfect package with all the goodness in the whole fruit. Side note..Found the Frank's hot sauce and will be making your buffalo sauce later today or early tomorrow morning. Really enjoy the other two I made. They are gone now and will make more of those as well. It really gives my meals a much needed flavor boost. Thanks Stasia.

    I love your enthusiasm for vegetables! I'm with you all the way with the fruit but not feeling all those vegetables!!! Glad it's working for you however. Those cabbage steaks look interesting.

    Hey girl, what are your thoughts on the amount of starch percentage as a whole? For example, Dr.mcdougall recommends no less than 50% of diet as starch….but I have noticed that most mainstream maximum weight loss gals are definitely doing a lot less than 50% (for example preloading which beings the overall percentage down) I’m doing lots of veg too! But I wonder how hard it will be to keep up, considering that when we reach our goal weight we will have to eat the same. Great video, thanks for sharing! 😊
