.. thanks.. but the Honey (sugar), Balsamic (hopefully low on sugar), Maple Syrup (sugar), Orange (sugar), Mayo (inflammatory – depending what is used to make it) and Soy Sauce (GMO – depending on brand used) are all a no-no for me..

Thank you so much for these wonderful dressings. So hard to find healthy dressings in the grocery stores that aren't made with all the bad oils like canola, soybean, vegetable etc.. The first one I tried was your Maple balsamic, sooo good! I will definitely triple that recipe so that I have it ready to use all week.

We keep a ton of both olive oil and avocado oil on hand, but I always go for olive oil when not heating it…sort of look at it as more healthy. So, why do you use avocado oil (I am not pretending to know which is healthier…)? Is it texture? I have thought that avocado oil was more 'slipery'…is it a 'texture' type thing? Just curious. I can't wait to try these.

These dressings are not low calorie though. 6 tbsp of oil is easily 720kcal
