Holly, thanks so much for always making the most informative videos! Your seed cycling video was so helpful to me, and it came at just the right time. My husband got a vasectomy and I was able to come off of my birth control, which I was on for 15 years, regretfully! When I was younger I had awful periods and I was so scared to have them back. Now they are healthy and normal, and I am so grateful. I know it's a combo of my healthy vegan lifestyle, consistent workouts and seed cycling. THANK YOU!
