Unreal. This is one of the best videos you have put out. Thank you for putting out amazing content. Keep enlightening the world.
As a mental health practitioner, I completely relate to and understand these themes. You guys are exceptionally knowledgeable. Most people don't connect the dots where human behavior is concerned, although it can be applied (and should be applied) to nearly every situation imaginable. The ongoing theme seems to be one or more pathological behaviors/and or personality traits, which can be a good predictor of unhealthy choices, including obsessions and compulsions. This would be an interesting study.
I want to be a fitness influencer like you guys leading with authenticity and love so that I impact many lives! It can be SO hard to continue with this dream when the masses follow these other fitness influencers who I know are only followed for their looks. Not hating, I know it takes a lot to get there but it can be discouraging for sure. I use to let it get me down but I want this to be the year that I can reach women my age. We can't let these other people bring us down!!! no no. Thank you for this episode. I needed it! <3
Mind Pump Yeah Dude!!!
Oh man! I remember going to a globo gym prolly 15 ish years ago and there were more sharps containers in there with IM needles than a friggin hospital
💖🌷🌸
great topic and how dare you LOL 😂 joking, but very true. One note, if you are an athlete at an early age and have the pressure to always perform, then the mentality of pushing pass that limit of healthy and normal because your normal. Just saying 🤓
✌
Id bet a my mortage that this dude in black has juiced his ass off. He must be 50 and looks anabolic asf. Him preaching fitness is great but also unauthentic and this whole influencer vs trainer angle is hypocritical
Edit: by juiced his ass off I mean this mfer is taking more than a hefty dose of hrt
I started getting healthy once I left bodybuilding
Once I got into bodybuilding my relationship with food changed. I wouldn’t even take a bite of food when my daughter offered me some.
When I got to the pro level. I hired a coach and he ended up being all about gear. Unfortunately I went that route and my health took a toll.
It’s taken me a little over a year to just eat and not worry about macros
why the photoshopping when the original picture already looks amazing
Am i the only one who thinks Justin's role here is completely unnecessary. He always starts talking when i just want to listen to Sal
When a 90% percent of influencer’s video is footage of himself and his full screen shouting at you face – then you know u gonna hear some bullshit right now 😏
yall hit it kinda close to home talking about orthorexia. love this message!
Best podcast ever!!!!!🙌🏾
I really like listening to you guys. I tune in quite regularly. I’ve never done one of your programs yet except the 30 day New Years one last year . Always , always great content !!
HELL YEAH!! Sal is back to wearing controversial shirts
Hmmm… Mind Pump is my favorite fitness influencer.
You mean I can’t deadlift my way out of a taco & pizza bender 😅
Question for reason #7:
What advice can you give a personal trainer who is just starting out?
nice shirt sal😂 suits you well
Sal’s shirt 😂 😂 can I get the shirt on the episode giveaway?
The redneck has major third-wheel energy.
Hello guys. I have a question. I am a 54 y/o woman. I've exercised intermittently throughout my adult life but started working out with a personal trainer about 4 months ago. I am figuring out how to put things together to create a sustainable routine for myself. My question has to do with nutrition. I can eat 140 grams of protein. (I'm about 140 lbs.) I can get that in about 1200 calories or less sometimes. I'm not sure if that's enough calories, but I am so full. Should I prioritize calories or protein. I work out with my trainer 3 times a week. I would appreciate any advice.
