The wild rice salad looks heavenly!!! Thank you!!! ❤❤
I think you can add some nutrition yeast to imitate the taste of ‘egg’😁
I have always used a little strong coffee in my flan. Give it a try 😊
For the flan, try using white sugar and brown sugar.
Maybe some spices like cinnamon nutmeg or anise infusion into out soy milk before adding it into the mixture for the vegan flan.
Vegan flan!
i want flan rn. /; can i make this w/o the agar powder? because i've seen agar at the store but not powdered & i wanna make it right now T__T
For the flan, you could add a pinch of black salt (kala namak) since flan is an egg custard. Maybe that is what you think is missing?
Please be kind to your miso paste and add very last 💗 It is alive you know 💗 You don't wanna kill it 💕 Let it help you and your gut 💗
I think the flan needs some fat!
The vegan flan looks so freaking yummy. 🙂
you are missing a pinch salt, for the caramel 😉
Hi! Hello from Mississippi, USA! Just had the pleasure of finding your channel; I have decided to go Vegan. I really enjoy your videos! I believe your recipes will help me tremendously, and you are so funny and adorable. Best Wishes!
3 days New to Vegan! I absolutely love your videos. So simple, Fun, and easy. Although I don't have most product yet I use what I have on hand. Yaya proud of myself. Thanks 🌹 Rose
You should do a vegan fast food chain it would be amazing
maybe try usimg brown sugar on the flan? (or however you spell it, i have never seen that word, just heard it :D)
you look like the little mermaid 🙂
For the flan you should of made it with coconut milk
I love how simple but awesome your videos are 🙂 just a note – you shouldn't boil miso as it destroys all the good fermented bacteria that makes miso healthy for you and good for your gut. Instead, add it just at the end 🙂 x
is the milk unsweetened?
Maybe cashewmilk instead of soy milk so the pudding is richer
Someone needs to make an online company that doesn't overprice items that are easily obtained in local stores for WAY cheaper. I checked out that iHerb place, but jeez… why do people pay so much for that stuff =/. My local Kroger has pretty much all of that for half the price they're selling on there.
Flan looks amazing! I think you can add some condensed coconut milk- that would amp it up.
You should make a party snacks video 🙂
Really good video !! Careful thought you should never boil miso it will loose all of it good peobiotics
Add a little bit coffee to the flan
I suggest using a real vanilla pod next time for the flan and seeing the seeds will make it look really pretty.
That flan looks incredible!!! =O
With the miso you should actually incorporate it rather slowly in a big spoon like you were stirring. So what you would do is put the miso in the big spoon and put is in the pot with a little of the soup base and wisk/mix it in very slowly. Just thought i'd give you some pointers. 🙂
Hey! A little french tip for your flan : try to add a little bit more sugar and orange zest in it, it adds a nice flavor! 😉
Another pastry tip: give the flan the ooooooold tappa tappa bfore fridging to work the bubbles out.
Heads up from trained pastry chef: Adding water to caramel is unnecessary. The only role it plays is to slow down the cooking process which only matters if you are aiming for a lower temperature than caramel. Basically it completely evaporates and caramel is entirely sugar, not water, unless you add water at the end. If that makes sense.
Adding in some cinnamon to the flan 🍮 goes a long way
i especially loved the vegan flan!
Oh Yum!! The first two recipes I have to make!!!!!
if you don't add butter, milk/cream, or any type of liquid to sugar it's just going to solidify and turn into candy.
Maybe cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice can be added to the Flan ❤️
The flan looks delicious, just like the real thing! ♥
Your intro makes my soul happy ♥
Isn't a flan made with pastry? Wouldn't this be more like a panna cotta?
For the caramel in the flan, I think adding water would have prevented it from hardening as fast as it did. It still looks delicious.
Good job on the flan! It looks delicious.
Keep it up, rose!
wow!i haven t see you for anlong time.you are so sexy and these hears!wow!
Use vanilla bean, instead of extract, and maple syrup, instead of plain sugar; you could also add some orange or lemon zest.
i imagine the flan would be better with a nutbased "milk", rather than soy. beacause it has more of a caramel flavor. And to use brown sugar or even maple sirup to sweeten the white part; again to give more caramel flavour.
""All opinions are my own""!! ha ha ha
for the flan I would add something acidic like lemon zest or orange zest and it would balance everything out
Thank you for your amazing recipes !!!!
