    The way you talk about the epidemiology report sounds as if HRT is killing women… so was the HRT in the same category as the supplements telling them they are good or bad? Got a bit confused by the back-and-forth banter….Please be clear on this statement for women. Is HRT good or bad?

    My opinion is to just eat REAL food! I try to eat a wide-variety of organic, whole foods that are minimally processed and free of artificial additives or added sugar. If they process the heck out of it or spray it with a bunch of chemicals or add a bunch of artificial crap or sugar to it, well then, I try my best not to put it in my body. The rest is just details and really not important or worth worrying about.

    On the other hand, all meat from mammals has a sugar that chicken, eggs and fish don't and that is why red meat is bad: it causes inflammation that leads to diseases. Or, that's what David Sinclair and others say now in 2023. Current science is life altering and the fact is that current science definitely proves disease problems with red meat. Stubborn people don't want to accept the proof. Sceptics off opinions and not the latest scientific findings.

    My opinion: I think America's problem is junk food/ fast food. I believe people abused the keto diet it's given them excuse to consume a lot of meat cuz they love their meat. We all know by now we need a balance, different foods gives us what are body needs. I myself like intermittent fasting. I believe in moderation and balance

    im thinking that this is funded by meat and dairy- check out the science in "how not to die" and "how not to diet" and McDougal's Maximum Weight Loss book- much more science shows the benefits of plant and fungi based vs meat and dairy – including saturated fat, ldl cholesterol- much of heart disease the #1 killer in the USA is due to meat and dairy and definitely not a plant-based diet. You have to see d2bw and rnraw to really know who is funding these videos and people.

    i havent realy ate a veg from 8 yrs old my mom backed up a storm i love meat im 180 pounds the only weight i ever gained was from getting taller survived a softball tumer lost 4 organs kemo and radiation so much so they said another good hit of it and my bones would crumble ii years now still alive am i the ultimate male or was it all in the meat
