I am a vegan, and I do want to become a raw food vegan
I'm eating vegan/fruits since December til today but I feel almost a bit dizzy everyday (not the dizziness that you can't stand up anymore but I just feel like I'm not myself) what am I going through? I've been doing vegan + a little bit of meat (cause I think my dizziness is caused by vitamin deficiency) or my body is adjusting to the JUNK FOODS I ate before cause I quitted junks cold turkey.

I went from a heavy meat and cheese diet to vegan overnight and it was a big mistake. I became extremely sick and anemic within 4 months. At one point I gave myself a papercut and it bled for five hours. I didn't get my period for nearly a year. I had to go back to meat and try veganism again after six months of recovery. It only worked the second time because I transitioned slowly over a period of months. My body couldn't handle such a huge change so fast the first time.
Thank you for your opinion! And like an addiction, I see how small amounts of cooked food can make it harder the next day. In my personal experience, I was able to take it to an average of 80% raw as a first step until I felt motivated to take it to the next step of 100% raw…. and maybe that is a bit harder, but it worked for me b/c I wanted to improve my diet until I was ready and fully committed to a raw diet. Only been a couple weeks on raw, and now I am already feeling eager for the next step for me, which is juice/fruit diet… I have done a couple days here and there already, so looking to extend that to 3 consecutive days, or a week, or a month, or as long as I want. Taking it one day at a time. Cutting down on the denser foods like seeds, nuts, onions and avocado…. but newly on raw I can satisfy any cravings with these foods when they come up without going back to cooked food. <3

Best is to do things that feels natural and since we all are unique we have unique paths and individualities. Better to listen to own self and go own path . after all it is the fun of the journey that matters and not the speed to the chosen destination. Turtle is equally valuable as rabbit

I went vegan overnight and I can't understand why I'm not able to go raw vegan overnight. I've been trying to transition for so long. I think it might happen overnight. I am hopeful. I really want to go raw vegan. (Mostly fruit based)

Me too, I just started being raw vegan 2 days ago to try and heal crohn's disease. I had only been eating fish and no dairy for a few weeks though.
You need to read Prof. Arnold Ehret's, he is the master at this stuff and he does not recommend this for people who are really toxic.
my 2017 goals, january 1, raw vegan. im soo nervous that i will revert. im choosing raw vegan over vegan because i dont like to cook/dont feel like it and i find it actually much easier. jonny juicer, and therawboy have also inspired me.

I tried raw a couple weeks ago cold turkey started immediately noticed my energy levels change I felt better but I had slip up where I had a few slices of "vegetarian pizza" I immediately felt sick and tired this cemented my stance on not eating anything that's not raw I started on my vegan journey for ethical reasons but the health benefits for completely raw are very apparent in my experience and will hopefully continue it without any more slip ups
