Hey guys, there has been a lot of questions about my digestion and I didn't quite address it in the vid. Over the week, I honestly didn't have a lot of issues. I didn't have excessive gas (probably less in fact), and my shits were surprisingly solid. Altho, I wasn't as regular as I usually am. I realize some people are more sensitive to protein and milk products, but I seem to be the lucky few that doesn't have a lot of problems with it. Glad everyone is enjoying the video!
Protein it's self doesn't have a taste more of a texture but what else in in protein powder for flavouring that is my concern the artificial sugars etc
This was a good video, but Id be more interested to see what would happen if someone still ate all the clean, healthy carbs and fats from foods, and the correct macros, but their only source of protein was protein powder.
I'm a fat unfit knacker on the brink of 50 and I'm currently recovering from an ankle injury. I've joined a gym and hopefully next month I can start, need lots of cardio and some resistance work. I love these videos, so funny and informative. Keep up the good work.
shoulda done it with milk and protein. Get some fats and carbs in there. 16 ml Full fat milk and 2 scoops is 500 calories. X4 of that and you get your 2000 calories a day effortlessly. Still 220 grams protein per day, but you get more vitamins and minerals and actual macros.

Is this a joke? Do you know how much food you have to consume to gain 20 pounds? One day? Most normal people will be stuffed for a day from a half pound of chicken and 2 pounds of they have an extreme appetite. You had to take in loads of carbs, salt and drinks to achieve 20 pounds in one day but even then you would poop out that food with a little fiber intake and urinate out all that liquid by morning after a good 8 hours of sleep because you'd awake in ketosis. I'm also confused because I don't think you used zero sugar/ low carb/no calorie protein mix and from what I saw you drank them multiple times a day which wouldn't give your body time to go into ketosis as you are constantly consuming carbs and calories which would only cause you to gain weight especially while only consuming liquids. A diet like this would only be effective if you used zero carb/ calorie/ sugar protein mix and only drank it once a day with 24 hour gaps in between you meal supplement.

I did it years ago for 6 weeks thru a medical program. Lost 42 pounds and felt 10000x better.
