    Another note on kratom: just like with all substances (caffeine, alcohol, cannabis, etc) it can be used responsibly or it can be used irresponsibly. I highly encourage you to do research to understand what it is and how it works before you think about trying it 🙏🏼 That being said, I don’t think I should lie or hide how I live my life because there are danger (could say the same about tattoos, extreme sports, drinking, etc) especially when I pride my channel on having extreme transparency, as you’ve seen in the past with sharing other very personal parts of our life that we sometimes receive backlash on ❤️ I love you guys!

    I’ve been gluten free for 10 years and vegan for 4. I also can’t consume soy. It’s definitely possible to do this with deserts. I make my own flours to save money and I use legumes like chickpeas to get the protein and grind it up in my Nutribullet with the
    milet blade attachment. It’s usually 44 g. per cup for myself and than I utilize it in any baking I need the flour for. Hope this helped anyone

    Challenge to hit protein goals without protein powder or processed foods like tofu, tempeh, etc.

    Can you make a video trying to replicate some vegan protein bars? And vegan snacks. Like your take on Lenny and Larry’s and the gomacro and your favourite ones and kinda compare them? I think that would be so fun!
    Also wondering if you can recommend any bars that are low cal and high protein? I like to try and keep protein bars 200 kcal or less but find a lot of plant protein bars higher in kcals 😢

    It was a great workout on your upper body! You look huge! Those peanut butter chocolate bars were delicious! It was definitely a 10/10! The lemon bars were good too! Go Jacobi go! Such beautiful mountains! The chocolate chip cookie balls were great! I'm glad you made it over your goal for your protein! Great job!

    Hey Brian, I hope I am not too late for you to see this comment.
    Challenge time! The last 2 years I have adopted the fruit and leafy greens diet. I would love to see you do this challenge with raw fruit and leafy greens, which would include the salad fruits of cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, and avocado. My daily go-to is usually something like a while honeydew melon to start the day, followed by 6 apples, 15 odd bananas smoothie with about 10 dates, a small bag of spinach with a cucumber, tomatoes, and those who are strict with this diet would use lime or lemon juice to help with flavour. But no adding salt or sauces. I love it when mangos are more in season, my favourite fruit. This is recognised as very healing diet also with it being so alkaline promoting.
