    You list as a con the price, but most people on a standard american diet eat out 2x a week and spend more than $105 for just that. Then add groceries… You ate for just over $100 dollars in 5 days. That's pretty amazing! I think you would be happier if you ate more food. Thanks for the content! 🙂

    I feel heavy and tired. My eating habits have plummeted for some reason. I tinker with healthy habits but no consistency or real discipline. My spirit is low and I want to feel better, inside and out. Tomorrow is my 1st raw day. It’s the weekend so I can gauge my reaction w/o factoring in work. Going for 3 days initially. Congratulations on your results. Hope you’re still doing well.

    I haven’t eaten meat in 8 years and been vegan for 5.
    I’ve always managed to keep the same weight for all those years without even trying but I want to lose 4/6 kg (height :165cm|weight 59)… I’m not fat but I tend to look heavier in my arms and thighs and thats a look that I don’t really like on me… so I started a fasting today from 10pm till 4pm +fruits and veggies.
