You need to make it clear that you were on raw vegan diet!!! Huge difference!

I was eating eggs daily and i think it contributed to my gallstones. I wish i was vegan when i was young. Obesity also causes gallstones, wether you're vegan or not.

Very similar story. I was vegan 3 years and would eat a lot of soy products and drink smoothies with greens like spinach. I ended up in the hospital multiple times with gallbladder attacks and was so close to surgery but ended up changing my diet to incorporate pasture raised grass fed organic animal products and I stopped any fried foods, any soy products, and mock vegan foods and I haven’t had an attack in 6+ months.

I like healthy life knowing it is I how I'm living able to be and being here, there is too much so it's always my fault since I was flu free on 13.7.1993 – if for any reason I'm enjoying something it isn't of someone else's spoon, my plate (mouth) my own end

Gallbladder probles are just random… you are just an unlucky one… my brother was a carnivore like i am, and he had gallstones. Gallstones are formed because od cholesterol, all animal stuff has cholesterol, but the thing is, an excess of fat can also over stimulate the gallbladder. People asume it is bc we weat too much fat, or meat like my brother, but your video will mislead and make people asume it was bc a vegan diet… no, you are just an unlucky bastard who's gallbladder decided to over stimulate. There needs to make more research on gallbladder. Since people who eats cholesterol are still at a high risk to have fatty liver on e the gallbladder ir removed, now even vegans seems to be a problem.

Hi, can you give me some advice? I found out I have sludge/mini gallstones today and am really scared and want to try going vegan (but high protein and grain) because lessening the amount of cholesterol consumed didnt help at all with my cholesterol. I'm young and want to try to get rid of the sludge which I've read can be helped by having lots of fiber and lowering saturated fats and cholesterol intake, which can be done by excluding animal products. Is there a way to be vegan that would not promote gallstones or are you saying that its totally impossible, and if so why? I didn't really understand the video because you only talked about greens…don't carnivores eat greens too?

Hello! Thank you for sharing your story! I have had a similar situation but I never had my gallbladder out and even don't know if it has stones. I just stopped being vegan. but then kept eating lots of carbs and some meat and fish. I then developed a kind of inflammation in the gut, in arms, red yes. I started carnivore diet and my gallbladder feels perfect and I immediately stopped taking pills for it. Do you think I should be worried about my gallbladder? I hate doing all those medical analysis… thanks!

What a confusing topic. I was vegan 6 months and developed stones while I had rapid weight loss from diet and feeling better than ever. The holidays roll around and I indulge in my normal vegetarian diet and high dairy/ fat foods on thanksgiving, first gall bladder attack. So im confused as how going vegan can contribute to stones but at same time only thing that keeps attacks away is eating strictly plant based. Even fried and process vegan foods dont cause attacks for me, only when I consume dairy or high sugar foods.

LOL. So blame the vegan diet and not eating/drinking pitchers full of food at a time. 15 years vegan and no issues. You need a balanced diet, there are no more risks with a plant based diet than any other.

Starch based diet is better than a raw vegan diet, so it’s not “plant based” that is bad.

I don't agree that in the "vegan world," that the diet has to include many oxalates, now there are many foods u can eat that are not oxalate rich. I think a lot of ppl think that when they start a vegan diet it's all spinach and beans, everything green under the sun, but there are a lot of foods that you can eat that won't promote this. It's a matter of finding what works for ur body in the plant kingdom and yes, it's a little more effort , but when you find what works, it's possible and healthy.

Yeah, my X girlfriend had the same issue with her gallbladder and one night she woke up screaming and I grabbing her side. I rushed her to the ER and an hour later she was in surgery. Her gallbladder had burst and had caused an infection in her intestine, peritonitis They took out the gallbladder and a foot of her intestines. The doctor said she was maybe an hour from dying. And like you she was thin and vegan.

I’ve been Keto for 6 months and am transitioning to carnivore this weekend. Money is tight right now so I’m going to start looking for meat sales and may buy a 1/4-1/2 grass fed cow next month. I already look and feel 10 years younger from Keto so I’m excited to see even more benefits from carnivore. Love your content.

A little story about my cat: my cat got sick and i thought she maybe had a urinary tract infection. Took her to the vet and turned out it was a urinary stone. Vet sold us some special cat food that would lower her urine pH and eventually dissolve the stone. It worked! She had been eating a poor quality dry cat food that was mostly carbs (meat-flavoured cereal) that made her urine pH too high and allowed the stone to form. Cats are carnivores and are not supposed to eat carbs. I suspect similar things happen to humans that eat vegan (high carb) diets…. or any other high carb diet such as the Standard American Diet. Native Americans and Inuit knew exactly what the perfect human diet was. They lived on meat/fat and only ate fruit/veg in times of famine. They were free of influence from the food industry and never suffered from any metabolic disorders, heart disease, or cancer.

Interesting story but I got gall bladder disease from a meat and potatoes, bread etc diet with not many green veg so there are other ways to get that condition.

hey. Test switching up your video thumbnails. For example some of your old videos did better than the green thumbnails. Just an observation thought I'd share. If you decide to try it Id also suggest watching 1-2 vids on this topic and with Canva creating more eye catching captions on the picture

Being stupid (massive amounts of kale and other greens) about a plant based diet caused your problems (I guess you didn't read about the oriental woman in New York who ended up in the hospital after eating large amounts of Bok Choy for six months) now you're doing the same thing with meat. A few years from now you'll be even sicker. Learn that variety isn't just the spice of life, it is life. Good plant based diets have allowed the various Blue Zone folks to live long healthy lives. Veganism isn't necessary and neither are meat heavy diets.

When you eat meat, you go to the toilet every 3 days. Being vegan you go to the toilet daily. Who has better digestion?

I got a kidney stone when I first tried the keto diet, but it was because I started eating a lot of high oxalate plant foods such as beet greens, baby spinach, etc. Worst pain I've ever experienced! Cut all that out when I found out about oxalates.
