    Rena this is counter to a lot of the latest evidence that shows massive rises in testosterone in those eating a paleo orientated diet. Grains encourage the production of estrogen. Why are you promoting the anti meat fad!! We who study this know better so you must know this.

    Bs on butter and red meat…eat lots of both for optimal health. Especially if both are from grass fed sources. This catch all term “Mediterranean diet” has been perverted and redefined to fit the western food pyramid. You know the one that since it’s adaptation heart disease and cancer has risen exponentially the same one that classifies lucky charms as being healthier than a steak😂

    Red meat boots testosterone. Butter contains saturated fat needed to make testosterone Vegetarians and people on low fat diets have the lowest testosterone levels.

    My testosterone levels have increased by 60 points in 8 months on the CARNIVORE DIET. I disagree with your suggested Mediterranean diet high in Carbs and Sugars [fructose and sucrose] the body is built run on FATS & PROTEIN.

    Venison, elk and grass fed beef or bison are excellent for boosting testosterone.
    Grass fed butter is fine as well. It's the corn-fed, high omega-6 meats and dairy that are bad.
