Very interesting video! Had no idea there were vegetarian hotels outside of India!
when she said in her early 30s,
I was thinking the same as chef AJ 😃
Brighde is just such a lovely and knowledgable person, and I am an avid listener of her podcast 😀 so happy to see her on your show, and it was such a fantastic presentation that she gave :)! I am on the list of people interested in the Japan trip – I lived there for almost a year, but was studying quite intensely at the time, and didn't really have time to actually "do" that much tourist-y things, so I would really love to go back someday and do all of that ^^
Also, as a side note, I for one am honestly very happy that you don't do Reels, Chef AJ xD I can't understand the short videos like that either, why it's such a thing – long form all the way for me :)! So for me all these reels from people just "clog up" my subscription feed, making it harder to find what I really want to watch ^^" so, thank you so much, for doing these kinds of videos! I really am so utterly grateful <3 and thank you to Brighde for coming on the show :)! And for having you Chef AJ on her podcast, I enjoyed that one a lot, too 🙂
Fab interview! Have loads of notes & info on vegan travel!
"Sear-sha" is the pronunciation of the Irish actress. Accent on the Sear!
Google translate tips pretty cool 😎
I like her name!
I enjoyed the video but was looking for travel tips on how to stay on plan eating wfpb. Like staying in hotel suite or Airbnb to cook your own meals and/or traveling by plane with kitchen gadgets. I have a trip coming up and seeking current travel tips now that we’re post Covid.
I recently went on a European tour. I had no trouble getting vegan food, but couldn’t get oil-free. I agree with her about Italy being vegan-friendly and the quality of the produce.
I love that thumbnail of the Gorilla!! 🦍
