Hello everyone am here to share with y'all how i was able to get rid of my hsv through the use of herbs🌿 from Dr okosun on YouTube, a herbalist, thanks dr okosun and God bless
I have been a vegan before, but now I am about 85% vegan. I found that I really needed pasture raised eggs for all the vitamins and minerals that are lacking in a full vegan diet. The meats I eat now are very lean meats like chicken breast, turkey and basically any meat without the heavy fats. It has helped my type 2 diabetes tremendously with this diet. I will say that when comparing all the diets out there, the biggest culprit in food is animal fats, processed food, refined grains, white sugar and anything artificial. As humans, I believe we have evolved to eat a variety of healthy foods from many food groups. A treat once in a while is good for our mental health and happiness, but eating healthy from all food groups will win every time for our health.
Hello Dr Shelton. Love your videos and you are very easy to listen to. Starting today, I am doing a high alkaline diet. Its basically a vegan diet plus drinking high alkaline water and replacing coffee with green tea, etc. I read that no disease including cancer cannot survive in an alkaline body. I'm only doing this diet for the month of January. I can buy the vegan dairy stuff I like, like cheese and sour cream. What I wanted to ask is…How beneficial is this diet and are their any health risks? I am 65, 5'1", 110 lbs. My goals are healthier skin, gut, and maybe lose 5 lbs. I have noticed since drinking high alkaline water (pH 9.5) today that its acting like a diuretic. I'm considering integrating drinking fresh squeezed celery juice for a few days to a week as well. Can you give me any advice or dos or don'ts in regards to a high alkaline diet? I didn't see any videos in your list that talked about the high alkaline diet. Thank you for your time and thank you for your channel.
I eating eat a plant based diet with occasionally eating some Organic pastured raised soy free eggs and wild salmon… I love the vegan diet but I’m confused about whether or not I need eggs and wild fish are good for me. I don’t eat gluten, grains and try not to eat any lectins because of inflammation and I definitely feel better when I don’t.

I could never go on a vegan diet. I depend too much on animal products. I don't hate vegans, I just have issues with the preachy kinds.
