Objectively, Vegan Gains seems to be weak on the big lifts. His bench is decent, but apart from that his lifts are a joke. Every healthy young man that trains seriously for one year surpasses his numbers. I see no gains.
I watch vegan gains and your videos, so there's at least a little crossover. Also, right now his videos average about 30K views and yours average maybe 5K. This video has about double your average so there is definitely some interest. If you don't want to debate him that's fine, I just don't buy all your reasoning.

What is your opinion on doing high volume (>200) hindu squats everyday for building leg strength and size? Anecdotally, my legs are starting to look bigger and more defined, especially my quads. What is your opinion on this?

This needs an update. Well I guess he dislocated his knee almost a year ago squatting 135 and doesn't train legs at all anymore. Best OHP 125×7 8 months ago after incline stuff, so I would think he can do 135 for 10 by now.
