Malin you are the reason why we veganized our family meals so much more than ever before 🙂 for meat-eaters is sometimes hard to find some vege/vegan idea to dinner or quick lunch and now we eat meat and dairy less and less every next month 🙂

Hi! Thank you for these inspiring recipes 😊 just one thing: please, don’t call that a ragù, it looks like something similar to a “sugo”, a sort of cream that italian people put in the pasta recipes. Ragù means a cream with lot of tomatoes with lentils or chickpeas for a vegan version (originally it is Made of meat), in a fried base of onion, celery and carrots. This all said by an italian woman that loves your channel and your ability in the kitchen.
Parsnips are such an underrated vegetable! I’m glad you featured them. And I definitely need to try that mushroom ragu. Mushrooms are my favorite!
Loving the energy of this video 🙏🏻 that ragu looks delicious , and parsnips one of my favourites 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you they look delicious just what we need in this cold weather x
Happy new year Malin and Rob. All the meals look delish. Im going to try them all. I like to add a little wholegrain mustard to my mash, it adds a nice crunch and flavour about a teaspoon or to taste. Take care Gale x
