I was Vegan for 6 years and always monitored all my nutrients. The first couple years I felt great, but I slowly started experiencing chronic fatigue, brain fog, depression, heart palpitations, hair loss and so many other symptoms. I had blood work done more than a few times and everything always came back normal. I tracked my b12, protein, literally all my vitamins and I was seemingly getting enough. But then I learned that not all protein and nutrients are created equal. My body was not absorbing the nutrients I was giving it. I’ve now been eating meat again for the past few months (no pork, mostly chicken and turkey) and my God, it’s like the fog has been lifted! My brain fog is completely gone, my hair is growing back, I feel SO much better. The first week I actually cried from the relief of symptoms because I was so grateful.
I truly believe what this doctor says, not everyone can thrive on one kind of diet. I clearly need meat. But I also know vegans who are doing great. We need to just let people do what’s best for their own bodies.
I am a vegimeaterian never felt so healthy eat vegetables and meat on daily basis lean with lot of vitamin and 1 garlic before i sleep no added sugar or added salt on my food.

You don't speak Latin huh doc!? Me, I know Latin, and Vegetarian means "eat to be healthy" people, we're not the friggin herbivores vegans who held protests at Mc. D. I'm a vegetarian, and I eat steak. My number one diet source is always the one and only BMI, and if BMI said that for today, I'm very lacking of protein, I'll grab myself a sirloin steak, thank you, since BMI or Bio Mass Index, is the only way to achieve the perfect health and thus be a truly vegetarian.
What about the other body types? For example the Thyroid body type, what do they need? Thanks.

Diet is a balance and you have to know your body, as you can see Eskimo diet suit them and the other part human gut is more close to carnivore animal, going full vegan can cause 10 times more health issues than a carnivore diet. The point is to balance everything in Mother Nature is a balance

First minute itself onwards totally wrong. These doctors don't know basic biology? We are frugivore, we are human beings evolved from apes and that's why so many many of us have dairy, egg, gluten intolerance and nut allergies. We are meant to eat fruits, fruit like vegetables and green leaves primarily. Seeds and nuts are optional. Meat of animals is a big no as its not food for humans, its for Omnivores and Carnivore animals or insects and we are neither. Look at the teeth, claws, including canines and intestine length of Carnivore and Omnivore animals and their instincts. We cannot digest killed animals, need lots of cooking and still get cancer, heart disease, diabetes and many brain and mental illnesses such as Parkinsons, Autism, Alzheimer, Schizophrenia from animal products. Besides we are conscious and conscientious beings not like other wild animals who are devoid of empathy or ability to think with insights about how others feel when killed or about morality of our actions. Rape of animals by forced insemination and ejaculation is disgusting and inseperable part of animal farming or husbandry. Its not food, its violence. These type of doctors are dangerous and spread disease and misinformation to ruin human health, ethics, peace of mind and environment and cause climate change. Get educated from right doctors such as PCRM.

Both. Not good to eat meat or vegetables all year round. Plant foods are seasonal and meat creates feasts. And body needs famine to make it live longer sometimes
