As soon as one vegan quits another pops up.
Hi Maddie. I love this easy salad.
Question. It difficult to find sprouts in my grocery stores. I was wondering if you have some ideas on or a site that I can learn more about doing my own sprouting.
Thabks for the useful tips. The cashew chickpea dressing you used doesn't seem to be the one that is linked in the description.
🌱Maddie's meal prep course was a game changer for me 🥰 can highly recommend 🌱Watching your video while eating my meal prepped oats for breakfast 🥳 I save so much time now that I meal prep and money as there's no waste. Love popcorn too…my husband has forgotten to put the lid on before putting in microwave. Not recommended hahaha
I always learn so much from you! I'm going to try your curry soup! thanks for the video, Maddie 💕
Thank you very much for sharingDelicious and healthy mjummm😋😋😋😋
Would rather see you skip using a microwave.
Thank you for your ideas.
Love your content, I learn so much from you. Thank you for the recipes, will try the Ceasar Salad dressing.
I save time by not washing or chopping my vegetables for salads (and just chopping but not washing them for soups, stews, bowls ect..) lol. I cook all 100% of my cooked food and slice a lot of fruit everyday but I don't have all the time as a working full time student who also forages (and deworms) all my fruit (a few pounds a day) from neighbors. So I use shortcuts. Some may find gross.
I do this with popcorn all the time and I have never heard of anyone else do this.
Love your channel! You are so fun to watch. Keeps me motivated in my own WFPBNO journey. My tip: keep in mind that grinding up flax/chia/hemp up in advance will mean that it oxidizes certain aspects of the nutrients – making it less nutritious.
REALLY wish I could afford it! But being on a fixed income and now the medical bills coming in… I'll be there in spirit!
A fantastic what beautiful Maddie eats in a day video with awesome, healthy & yummy 😋 food. I have been using my own home grown leeks in recipes and still have plenty to harvest until March. Love 🥰 the video.
I eat a similar breakfast but never cook the oats – just soak them overnight in water, top them with ground mixed seeds and soya yogurt, then some berries each day and a little agave nectar but I'm hoping to stop using the agave nectar soon because my sweet tooth is a bit of a problem for me. I call it the Breakfast of Champions! It makes me feel great and my body loves to start the day this way. I should probably add a bit more protein, but I haven't worked out what would fit well with the ingredients I love. Well, I could add some chopped nuts, but there's already enough fat in the meal….
I'm loving what I'm learning about meal prep here, Maddie. I'm sure you're going to help me get a grip on my eating habits, which have gone a bit haywire since I moved house last year and haven't been able to unpack fully yet. I'll get there, but I'm focusing on the kitchen at the moment so I can make sure I sort out my food intake. There is nothing like a wholefood plant-based diet to make my body grateful.
Overnight oats have changed my life! Doesn't spike my blood sugar in the morning and holds me off till lunch, sometimes later than that. It doesn't taste the greatest but it's so simple and saves so much time during the week. Thanks for sharing your meals!
That chickpea Cesar salad looks fire 🔥 I’m adding this to my arsenal. Thank you 🙂
It all looks amazing.
I cannot eat oats in the daytime. I will literally sleep deeply for 3 hours soon after and that doesn't work when I have to go to my job and focus
I too eat oatmeal every day but I add various fruits as well. Love the idea of mixing my flax, chia and hemp seeds together!! I never get tired of my breakfast!
