You should of taken some hot soup to the park for you and Abe, you wouldn't have been so starving then. Use your pressure cooker to batch prep soups and buy a chilli food pot, there so good and big enough to put a spoon in.

Hiya Ami smile 😃 no need to catch up if you miss a "breakfast" just eat your meals when you're feeling hungry, same with lunch if you didn't eat at conventional "lunchtime". Hi Amy, I was watching one of your videos & you mentioned you had gained a couple of lbs over xmas( haven’t we all!) did I imaging it, but I thought you said you were giving up bread & potatoes…..aren’t potatoes lower in caloric density.Anyway, can’t find the video to check. I’ve been making energy balls. My 8 year old loves them. 😊so much better for her than processed sweets etc. I just blended almonds with dates and raisins with a little cocoa powder. I haven’t had sweet potato for a while. Will probably have for lunch tomorrow 😊xxxxx
