I love What I eat in Day videos, and yours is filled with such yummy foods that no one would think these are foods to actually lose weight. Gotta love the high carb low fat lifestyle!!! I think I'll try your non-fried rice recipe. Do you think it would be ok, nutritionally, to substitute edamame (which I can't find where I live) with perhaps green peas?

Your Halloween decor is AWESOME!! That's definitely our favorite holiday. The cheese sauce on top of those potatoes looked incredible and bet it kept you nice and full.
