    I love What I eat in Day videos, and yours is filled with such yummy foods that no one would think these are foods to actually lose weight. Gotta love the high carb low fat lifestyle!!! I think I'll try your non-fried rice recipe. Do you think it would be ok, nutritionally, to substitute edamame (which I can't find where I live) with perhaps green peas?

    Wow the green smoothie looked so delicious and like you said refreshing! 🥰 The “ not fried” fried rice looked so yum, at the moment we cannot seem to get edamame here for some reason, but when we do I’m sooo going to make this, although we could add broccoli!     Potato masher for mashing banana?! You have revolutionized my mornings! PS watch your raw kale intake. Raw kale is high in oxalates which can contributed kidney stones. I speak from unfortunate experience. Thanks for all you’re doing!
