    Why are raw vegans so skinny? This is not normal. They say they are full of energy but to viewers they seem lacking in vitality. They seem tired. Weak voice. They look aged. Any diet that ditches processed foods will allow a person to shed excess fat, but vegans and fruitarians don't have enough body fat, and they don't have enough muscles.

    So how many grams of protein do you take each day in total. You may want to add a pea protein powder. Protein is so important for your bones. Fruitarians could have issues with osteoporosis because of the protein issue. You are getting plenty of fiber and vitamins and minerals, but your protein seems low. Do you eat beans.

    I eat similar mostly and just 2 – 3 avocado large to balance things out 🙂 Occasional handful or two of nuts/seeds.

    Dude I first watched this a while back and I came across it again now, and I’m now transitioning to a fruitarian lifestyle. This is pretty similar to what I’m eating on good days. The bit where he says “this is 12 bananas, so thats something i might have for lunch” omg 😂 I remember finding that so funny before but now I eat the same!

    OK. But eat highly nutritional greens too bud. Raw. So kale, spinach, romaine, rocket, chard. Ect. And nuts ARE vital. Avacadoes r super good. But not meant for EVERY day. So vary with the best nuts, seeds or raw nut butters. Pecans, Walnuts, macadamia, pistachios, sunflower seeds. The odd 1 or 2 Brazil nuts. Soak them for at least 6 hours to greatly reduce lechtins and increase nutrition content. Around a good handful with evening meal. Just a thought.

    I eat 5 pieces of fruit a day…..but l combine it with fish, eggs, cheese, milk, raw nuts, whole grains, salads etc. I never eat junk….l find more than 5 or 6 pieces of fruit a day becomes sickly. My easy and quick sunday tea is: l CRUST OF WHOLEMEAL BREAD WITH BUTTER ON, THEN 6 SCRAMBLED EGGS ON TOP, WITH 2 ADVOCADOS, 1 BANANA, 1 ORANGE, AND I PINT OF ORGANIC MILK.

    I tried the fruitarian diet bevore but after 1 kg of grapes a day or 6 bananas I felt hardcore oversugard. I tried raw vegan as well and my energy level dropped a lot and I was about to faint.

    Now I eat twice or once a day

    Brown rice, lots of spinach or broccoli , beans and a avocado for lunch

    And in the afternoon if I feel like it fruits
    1 – 3 pieces. Depends on the fruit and how I feel

    As a Level 8 frootarian,; I hav eatn nothing accept frout for over 13 yaers. I practise semen (re)tension and have denyed my wife seed for over 25 yaers

    I started out keto and then went raw frutariun for 8 years, semen rat tension for 11 years , i hav not eaten anything with a face since 1977

    I think sometimes in the beginning, you have to spread the calories/foods out more, and eat more often until your stomach becomes accustomed.
    I am 46 kg and i would probably drink coco water in AM [cause i am usually not hungry in the morning]… then maybe 3-4 nectarines [5 max]… then in afternoon, maybe 2-3 mangos, followed by 1-2 bananas… then for dinner, maybe 1 mango or banana before 2-3 little cucumbers and the avocado. Seriously, that is all!
    I am not raw vegan, but i usually eat 50%+ fruit every day.
    I did do Fruit Feast for 17-18 days recently… (I was in the heat/jungle and went into detox quickly) but I only wanted/could eat max 2 kg of fruit per day the whole time. Some days I had to fast on coconut water and herbal teas cause eating gave indigestion and diarrhea (detox). And I was mostly eating watery fruit like grapes, pineapple, watermelon, papaya, and mango… a few days 1-2 bananas, and twice a handful of raisins/dried fruits. and no avocado/coconut/fat.
    So I just listened to my body and ate not much, and i feel like i shed a layer of 'un-wanted' and happy with the results. But for long-term, I figure there will be cycles and we can find the amount that is right for us.
