This is called pesarattu common breakfast or dinner in South India especially andhra and Karnataka
1 pao oats thanda kr k pees le like a atta
2 tbsp baisan
Add vegies your choice
Spices your choice adha chamach
1 glass water and mix all
Add 2 tbsp water q k oats phool jaye ge
Glazed pan with oil and thore thore tbsp se dale ge pan pr
Cook until turn brown each aode 2-3 min
Mong daal 1 bowl 6 hours rk bhigona
Grind with adrarak hari mirche , kari pta , water paste bna le then add 1 tbsp namak dhaniya zeera kaali mirch
Can add more water to make a paste
Pan pr 1 tbsp dosa daal kr phila le
Thora sa oil dale ge and then wait until it brown
Phr stuffing me cheese , payaz , hara dhaniya , chilli
On pan low flame , phr usi pr hi roll kr le
