✨SAVE FOR LATER✨
– 1 cup Frozen rice (I buy mine already frozen. If you can’t, make a big batch and freeze for later)
– 1/2 c Frozen Peas
– Large amount of frozen broccoli
– 1/4 block tofu, diced
– Toss everything in a non pan and add a little veggie broth so nothing sticks. Cover for 5 minutes utill defrosted.
– Add low sodium soy or tamari to taste
– Serve in a bowl and top with 1-2 tbsp tahini

Do you cook any of this? The recipe just says to put all the ingredients in a non pan, add some veggie broth and cover until defrosted. Is the tofu not cooked?
